All Rooms are pool villas ”Banyan Tree Phuket”

The third in the Banyan Tree series. Following the signature pool villa, Spa Sanctuary-is a double pool villa stay. This time I stayed with my daughter + my daughter's friend, so I stayed in 2 bedrooms. This stay was also for my birthday, so I had requested afternoon tea in the villa and floating break first the next morning in advance. I made a reservation in advance, so check-in was smooth and I was able to enter the villa immediately.
Also, because this stay was a covid19 situation, I basically decided to spend time in the double pool villa without going out to the common area at all. Banyan Tree also has a jungle pool that looks like a flowing pool, so the kids were looking forward to it, but it was a bit disappointing that the shared pool wasn't available.

Butler in charge guided us to the villa. Only double pool villas have a nameplate, not a room number. It seems that the nameplate is usually the name of the family, but since I was told that it was my birthday this time, the nameplate was Happy Birthday. What a smart measure! It's surprising that the nameplate of your name is prepared when you stay at the hotel.

After passing through the entrance, there is a kitchen space at the entrance of the villa. Moreover, it is quite authentic, and when using private dining, a dedicated cook will use this kitchen to serve delicious food. We stayed with 5 people, so the big refrigerator was very helpful. And there is also a coffee machine, which is quite easy to use. Tableware and glasses are also available.

When you open the door and go inside, you can see the bedroom surrounded by the pool on the left, and the large living room and the pool facing the lagoon in front.

Expectations are greatly raised at the high-class entrance. Both the spa sanctuary and the signature pool villa were good, but the double pool villa was made with a beautiful landscape, and everyone couldn't help but wonder.

The size of the private pool villa is too large. There is a whopping 1500㎡. It is three times as large as the spa sanctuary where I stayed last time. Still, Spa Sanctuary-comparing the accommodation price, it does not triple, so it can be said that the room is very cost effective.

In the case of 2 bedrooms, it is divided into a main bedroom and a sub bedroom across the loggia. This is the first time I have stayed in a guest room with a loggia. The loggia can open the window last time, so when you open it, the wind from the pool will blow through.

When closed, it becomes an air-conditioned room, so it is comfortable. The living room is separate from the loggia at the entrance to the sub-room, and the sofa in the living room can also be used as an extra bed.

The above picture is a sofa that has already been converted into an extra bed. The sofa is sized so that even adults can sleep comfortably. The desk overlooks the pool. This lagoon view is the best. Behind the door is the loggia.

The bedroom of the sub-room is a twin room specification. It's next to the living room. The sub-room has a bathroom in the bedroom.

I'm happy that it's a double sink. The sub-room alone is a fairly large space.

Very Photogenic Master Bed Room

The master room is roughly divided into a bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom is very large and there is even a couch in the bathroom. You can also access the pool directly from the bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower right outside the bathroom.

It's well-equipped, so you'll want to stay longer. A bathtub where you can soak in while looking out at the garden. The shower room has a steam sauna function and is like a spa sanctuary. I think that the bathroom alone is the size of a normal hotel room. It is a really refreshing area where you can see the green and the pool through the glass.

The main bedroom is surrounded by a pool. The atmosphere is the same as the spa sanctuary surrounded by a pond, but the double pool villa is a pool so you can enter the pool from your bedroom. What a nice pool! And there are also stylish blue chairs in the pool for relaxing.

The bedroom space alone is very photogenic.

The bedroom surrounded by the pool feels like you are in a dome, and it feels very calm. This is the same as the Spa Sanctuary and is a recommended point.

The main part of double pool villa is a large pool

There is a 15m long pool in the middle of the villa, all facing the lagoon. The view of the pool from the villa is good, and the view of the villa from the pool is also very good, so the view is probably the biggest point of the double pool villa.

There is also a jacuzzi in the pool, which also has a gorgeous feel. The jacuzzi area seems to be hot water.

This large pool is more than enough for two people to use. It was a size that could still be used by four people. Surrounded by green trees, birds were flying in, the lagoon was in front of me, and the sunset sun could be seen from the pool of the villa in the blue sky, and the view was amazing.

Afternoon Tea @Double Pool Villas

Afternoon tea in the villa is also recommended. Afternoon tea at the Spa Sanctuary had many health-conscious menus and was often light, but the afternoon tea served at the Double Pool Villa is served in the same way as the high tea served at the lobby lounge.

It was carried in that basket, which is unique to Banyan Tree's high tea. I think this set is a great deal. I told him in advance that it was my birthday, so he brought me a birthday cake with me.

Afternoon tea served by the pool feels exceptionally delicious. Another advantage of double pool villas is that you can enjoy your stay at the hotel without stepping out of your private villa. You can spend time in the pool, eating and then returning to the pool. It's a private villa, so it's not seen by anyone, so it's recommended because the degree of relaxation is different.

Banyan Tree Phuket famous for floating breakfast

Banyan Tree is a hotel that has been serving a floating breakfast for quite some time. In addition to last year, this time it is floating for 4 people. I ordered two baskets of Western meal and Asian meal.

It is a platter that makes the Western food set look more gorgeous. I feel that the tray is also black and cool. Few hotels offer a fully Asian floating breakfast, so this is another Banyan Tree platter.

You can choose from 2 sets. I told butler in advance that I would take a picture, so it was decorated with leaves and flowers, probably because of Butler's plan, and it was very beautifully decorated. The beauty of a floating breakfast changes with just one serving. Thank you very much for your kindness and I am happy.

Completely fascinated by Banyan Tree Phuket

It was my third stay at Banyan Tree, but I was completely captivated by the double pool villa. Although not a sea view, this lagoon view is also a feature of hotels in the lovely Phuket Laguna. I also want to stay at the double pool villa for some reason!
