Spa experienced report at Mookda Spa

Sauna and Jacuzzi

A sauna and jacuzzi are included when you apply for a spa package. If you go into the sauna and steam to improve blood circulation before the treatment, and when it gets hot, go into the cold water jacuzzi several times, you will sweat from your whole body and your whole body will get hot.

Although it is always summer in Phuket, the air conditioner is too effective in hotels and shopping malls, and the body often gets cold. At such times, the sauna and steam are ideal.

Thai Massage @ Sala Thai

Sala Thai is a Thai massage only. Sala is open air and next to the lagoon, so the atmosphere is good, and Sala is in the green garden, so you can comfortably lie down and enjoy a nap.

I think it is a great location and environment for people who are not good at air conditioning. I didn't think the Thai massage I received in nature was so comfortable.
Since Phuket is a spa paradise, the quality of the therapists is high, so we leave it to the therapists.

Oil massage and Shirodara @treatment room

Oil massage and Shirodara are performed in the treatment room. The treatment room is fully equipped with a toilet and shower, so treatments that require a shower are usually done in the treatment room.

After steam and sauna, my body is burning and hot! In such a case, there is an air conditioner in the treatment room, so you can receive treatment in a cool space. An oil massage coats the entire body with oil, making it more comfortable to receive in an air-conditioned room.

The Shirodara treatment drops coconut oil on the forehead. It is a pleasant time with a tropical scent. After shampooing, your hair will be smooth. It is a nice Shirodara with a healing effect treatment and a hair treatment and a double effect.
