The Pavilions Phuket
I went to The Pavilion Phuket, a nice resort in the Layan area near Laguna Phuket, for my second stay.
Pavilion is a chain resort that has a resort in Niseko, Hokkaido in Japan. As it is a luxury resort, it is very cool from the entrance and has a nice atmosphere. The uniforms of the female staff at the reception were renewed and it was very nice with a resort style.
Spa Pool Pavilion
Last time I stayed at Ocean View Pool Villa, but this time I stayed at Spa Pool Pavilion. Ocean view villas are better in terms of category, but I personally like the style of the Spa Pool Pavilion.
This guest room has a Shino style design and is based on red and black.
The ocean view villa was also based on red and black, but this pavilion has a more emphasized style.
Especially the bathroom is well decided and it is very cool.
There aren’t many hotels that are so red and black.
The bedroom has a strong Shino style color and I really like it.
The terrace, including the pool, is very nice and has a laguna area view.
360 ° Bar
Speaking of pavilion recommendations, this bar with a 360 ° view is recommended. It is currently open from 17:30. However, it is still hot in the early hours, so it is recommended to use it about 30 minutes before the sun goes down. It’s a bar in a luxury resort, but the price is relatively reasonable.
It’s the perfect bar to have a drink while watching the sunset before meals. People other than hotel guests also visited and were crowded. It is recommended because it is night time and the atmosphere is good. Currently, happy hour is set for 1 hour from 20:30. Happy hour is recommended for those who want to enjoy drinks at a great price.
Floating Breakfast @The Pavilions Phuket
Speaking of breakfast at the pool villa, we recommend a floating breakfast. Reservations are required in advance to order a floating breakfast. Choose your favorite item from the order sheet and a floating breakfast will be delivered to your room at the reserved time.
It is a luxurious breakfast that comes with a bottle of sparkling wine from breakfast. When you come to Resort Phuket, one of the ways to enjoy Phuket is to have breakfast without leaving your room.
Things to do at the pavilion next time
Afternoon tea wasn’t in time when I tried to ask after check-in this time. I regret that I should have made a reservation in advance. Afternoon tea is usually served at a nice restaurant called Plantation Club, so I would definitely like to visit it when the Plantation Club reopens. Currently, due to the corona sickness, we will have it at Fire fly at the breakfast venue.
There is also a free shuttle bus to Rayan Beach, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy swimming on the beach. Next time, I would like to go from the pavilion to Layan Beach. We didn’t visit firefly restaurant at this time. Because we ordered floating breakfast at our villa. If Corona calms down, Sunday brunch will resume and I’m looking forward to it.
