M Social Hotel Phuket

Millennium Resort has been reborn as M Social Hotel Phuket, so We went to tour the hotel.
It’s a stylish and pop-cute hotel.
It is directly connected to Jung Ceylon and consists of two buildings. The building near Bangla Road is named Afterglow, and the building on the mountain side is named Sunkiss because it is where the sun rises in the morning.

The hotel is right in the middle of Patong Beach, so it goes without saying that it’s extremely convenient.
It’s especially convenient during the rainy season because it’s directly connected to Jung Ceylon, so you don’t get wet.

Social Signature Room

The Signature Room is a lovely room with a private Jacuzzi and direct access to the pool. There is a sala on your private balcony where you can enjoy your tan.

Among the 418 rooms, this type of room is highly recommended.
You can fully enjoy the feeling of a tropical resort.
The bathroom has a large bathtub and a rain shower that is comfortable to use.

It is also equipped with the latest features that allow you to order lights, air conditioning, and amenities in your room using an AI voice control panel.

Seafood Mountain at Beast & Butterflies

You can enjoy M Social signature Seafood Mountain.
Seafood Mountain is an assortment of seafood. There is an abundance of fresh seafood, including Thai oysters, lobster, rock lobster, shrimp, and shellfish.
There are 5 types of sauces, including Thai-flavored sauces, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors.

There were also many signature Thai dishes, including Phuket’s famous crab curry, crispy fried pork, and nam prik fried rice. Both were delicious and we discovered new Thai flavors.

Sushi Cooking Class

Sushi cooking classes will be held at Bincho Restaurant.
This time, we were able to participate at a reasonable price of 980B per person. Even if you order a sushi platter, it will cost about that much, so I think 980B per person is very reasonable if you join the sushi class and receive the nigiri and rolls you made yourself.
First time trying nigiri. Even in Japanese households, there aren’t many people who make nigiri sushi, right?

There were many things I learned for the first time, such as how to cut a fish and the direction in which it should be placed, so even Japanese people had a lot of fun.

Mixology Class

Mixology class is a recommended class for those who like alcohol. The participation fee is 980B per person!
You can make cocktails under the guidance of a 3-Glasses teacher.

We attended a mixology class for the first time and were able to understand a little bit more about cocktails. And we got interested. The bartender/sensei is really knowledgeable about alcohol and can also consult with you about sake. He is knowledgeable not only about mixology but also about alcohol in general, so if you like alcohol, this is a must-visit bar. He is a teacher who has trained at a world-famous bartending school.

BINCHO

After the mixology class, we went straight to BINCHO for dinner.
This is an izakaya restaurant that serves delicious creative Japanese cuisine. The Japanese cuisine prepared by the chef is beautiful and very impressive. We never thought we would be able to eat robatayaki in Phuket.

The signature dish, inspired by soba noodles and maki rolls, was so delicious that I was surprised. Because it’s Japanese food created by a Thai chef, it’s full of ideas and very enjoyable.
