137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok – Ayutthaya Suite
We stayed at the Ayutthaya Suite at 137 Pillars, a 5-star hotel located 10 minutes by car from the BTS Phrom Phong Station (train). Ayutthaya Suite is a large suite that can accommodate up to 3 adults and has an area of 95 square meters.
Suites are located on the upper floors, and those staying in the suites have the privilege of accessing the rooftop pool. Both the rooftop pool and the Jacuzzi pool on the 27th floor will be available for use. In addition, you can use the Borneo Lounge located on the 26th floor all day long, and there is also the privilege of a suite room where you can have breakfast in the lounge, making Pillars a hotel where you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
Ayutthaya Suite
Last time I stayed in a Sukhothai suite with an outside viewing bathtub, but this time I stayed in a spacious Ayutthaya suite.
This type of room has a bedroom and living room clearly divided into two.
When you enter the room, the first thing you see is a large bar counter, stocked with kitchen utensils such as tableware and an espresso machine that will come in handy during your stay.
The living room has a dining table and sofa, and most of all, the large windows are wonderful.
When you open the window, the balcony connects to the living room, making your room feel like a rooftop bar, allowing you to enjoy the views of Bangkok.
Enjoying alcohol while feeling the night breeze and coffee in the morning was a very pleasant time. This is more than enough to enjoy the high floors of Bangkok.
Since the hotel is affiliated with Monsoon Tea, we were able to enjoy Thai signature tea on the balcony, and we had some unusual flavors.
Behind the living room is the bedroom. The Ayutthaya suite has an internal bathroom. A large round bathtub.
A luxurious bathtub is perfect for a hotel stay, giving you an extraordinary experience. Don’t you think it’s a very luxurious time?
Moreover, the toilet is a Japanese-style TOTO washlet, which is unusual in Thailand, and is easy for Japanese people to use. You may only see this type of toilet in high-end hotels. The entire room is spacious and has very luxurious pillars. This suite is recommended for those who want to enjoy a view of Bangkok from a high floor.
Teatime @Borneo Lounge
Borneo Lounge is open all day, but snacks and tea are served daily from 14:00 to 17:00.
Suite guests receive afternoon tea every day.
It’s different from the paid afternoon tea set, but the quantity and variety are just right for those who want a quick snack.

Rooftop Pool
The Pillars rooftop pool on the R floor (33rd floor) is a pool that can only be used by suite room guests. Pillars is a rare hotel where a rooftop pool is a suite benefit.
Amazingly, it is open 24 hours a day, so you can swim in the pool whenever you like. However, since you have to compromise with other guests, there are few guests who use the pool for a long time, and it is a pool that everyone can use.
There are few buildings around Pillars that are over 33 floors, and the pool has a strong image of being a pool in the sky. You can enjoy the Bangkok skyline, and the night time is also recommended.
You can enjoy the night view of Bangkok from the pool, and it’s a luxurious time.
Infinity pool on the 27th floor
Don’t forget the pool on the 27th floor. This pool is also a very nice infinity pool where you can enjoy the reflection in the morning.
Even though the pool is on the 27th floor, the pillars feel very high.
It’s rare for other hotels to have a pool like this on the upper floors, and it’s probably possible because of the thorough maintenance. The pool is always clean and the quality is impressive.
There is also a stylish Jacuzzi pool on the 27th floor.
Afternoon tea set
Have a Blessed Path, an afternoon tea set filled with good luck, is available at 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok. You can eat at Traders Cafe on the 1st floor or Borneo Lounge on the 26th floor.

Afternoon tea at Pillars is simply a beautiful cousin. It was nice when I was wearing jewelry, but every time I use it, it gets even more upgraded, and it’s an afternoon tea that tickles a woman’s heart.
Evening cocktail time
Another suite benefit is an evening cocktail hour from 18:00 to 19:00 at the Borneo Lounge or the bar on the 27th floor. You can order Pillars’ signature cocktails and more.
Enjoying a cocktail while watching the sunset is the best time.
Breakfast Time
If you stay in a suite at 137 Pillars Bangkok, you can have breakfast at Borneo Lounge.
Moreover, this breakfast is only available once a day until 17:00, so it is a wonderful breakfast that is easy to enjoy even for those who wake up late.
The buffet line is lined up until 11:00, so if you want a richly varied breakfast, we recommend visiting in the morning, but if you want to order a la carte, you can do it whenever you want, so we highly recommend it.
There are plenty of egg menus and healthy menus, as well as a wide variety of Japanese set meals, beef steaks, and sweets. Suite rooms are recommended when staying at Pillars.
About Pillars
I stayed at Pillars for the 2nd time now, which has returned to full service, and I think that Pillars, which has returned to its suite benefits, is not an expensive hotel when you consider the service and quality. Considering that you can use the rooftop pool as much as you like and the lounge benefits are substantial, I think it will be a good value for money hotel.
Also, since it operates as a residence and hotel, there are not many guests using the hotel, so I thought the detailed care was amazing. I was surprised to find that the hotel received something just as I was returning from work, and that the reception staff knew the guests well and communicated well with them. I was often surprised by the fact that the staff would go out of their way to communicate with me by the pool. Please try staying here when you visit Bangkok.
And if you like staying at Pillars, you can make a long-term contract for the residence floor, so if you want to live in Bangkok, you might want to try staying at Pillars first.
