For two months only, throughout October and November 2023, this dramatic culinary display will feature a selection of contrasting black and white, sweet and savory treats, all presented on a spectacular stand. Our talented chefs have crafted a collection of delicacies that will make a strong impact on the eyes and on the taste buds.

Guests can indulge in a series of black savory bites, including marinated salmon in a black garden, and black pudding sausage rolls, along with deep, dark sweet treats including licorice macaroons, filled dark chocolate sable, raspberry tarts, and charcoal & vanilla scones with dark chocolate spread & clotted cream.

Then, diners can step into the light with pure white savory snacks such as cured Hokkaido scallop & caviar, and turkey ham pickles in a bao bun, plus light sweets including vanilla cream cheese macaroons, filled white chocolate sable, and passion fruit tarts.

All of these delicacies will be presented on a spectacular stand and served alongside unlimited premium tea and freshly-brewed coffee.
