【Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach Resort】Hotel Review

We had a 2 night staycation at Le Méridien Khao Lak.
Khao Lak is a popular resort for those looking to enjoy a long vacation.

Le Méridien Khao Lak is located approximately 1.5 hours from Phuket Airport and is the perfect resort for those looking to enjoy their vacation within a resort.
Bang Sak Beach stretches out in front of the hotel, allowing you to experience the great nature of Khao Lak.

Pool Access Large Guest Room

Le Méridien Khao Lak has three pools, each with its own pool access room.
Therefore, we have a large number of pool access rooms.
The pool in front of the room is always quiet and you can enjoy the pool view from the room.

Also, the room I stayed in this time was a large room. The large room has a bathtub.

The spacious bathroom is comfortable and the best thing about it.
This is a very comfortable room for families.
In addition, you can access the pool, so this is a stress-free room.

The room was equipped with a large sofa, which was perfect for a child’s bed and was comfortable to sit on for a nap.
This type of room allows you to relax in the room, so it is recommended for long-term stays.

Beach Grill

Beach Grill is recommended for those who want to enjoy a meal while enjoying the sea of Khao Lak.
This beachside restaurant is open from lunch to dinner.

At night, a full-fledged grill menu will also be available.
The location is great, and the casual atmosphere is great, making it a great place to stop by the pool during lunch or while playing in the ocean.

At lunchtime, we had an assortment of pasta, salad, and fries.

For dinner, we ordered beefsteak, soup, and burger. All of the dishes were delicious, but the grilled menu available only at night was especially special. Be sure to order the grill, which is only available for dinner.

Pools

Le Méridien Khao Lak has three pools.
Guest rooms at both pools are lined up around the pool.

The area around the Bamboo Pool Bar is especially popular and there are always a lot of people. During happy hour, if you buy one drink, you have a chance to get another, and if you stay with the full board package, you can enjoy unlimited drinks from 11am to 10pm.

At Le Median Khao Lak, you can spend the day relaxing by the pool. This is a unique way to enjoy your vacation at a Khao Lak resort.

On this day, the parasols were different colors depending on the pool, making Remedien a playful place.

Le Scoop

Le Scoop is an open cafe open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. As it is a casual cafe, it is easy to use and there is also a sandwich menu available for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, sweets, afternoon tea, and a gelato wagon are also available here.

After 4pm, you will also have the chance to get some sweets at half price.
I really liked the atmosphere, where even children could stop by.

The Nest

The Nest, an international restaurant. For lunch and dinner, this restaurant is recommended for those who want to eat in an air-conditioned room.
This restaurant also serves as a breakfast venue.
We ordered mainly Thai food for dinner. Both dishes taste like authentic Thai cuisine, and the stir-fries have the unique aroma of a wok.

Latitude 08

Why not enjoy cocktail time at Latitude 08 in the evening?
Light snacks are also available at the lounge bar in the lobby.
This bar is perfect for a cocktail or a cup of coffee.

Breakfast at The Nest

Breakfast will be served at The Nest. It will be an international buffet with an array of fresh ingredients.
There is a wide selection of eggs on the menu, and bacon is also grilled on the spot.
You can choose your favorite breakfast from a wide variety of Asian and Indian menus.

The Pizzeria

A pizza house next to The Nest. This is a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine.
There is a pizza oven and pizza cooking classes, so pizza is the signature restaurant. There are many types of pizza.
I had the chef’s recommended pizza, and I was impressed by the unusual shape and thick toppings.

The melty pizza is really delicious, and you should definitely order pizza at this restaurant.
The salad and pasta were delicious, but the pizza was really impressive.

Artist Art Studio

During your stay, we highly recommend taking an art class at the art studio.
Students will draw a picture using acrylic paints based on the teacher’s sample.
This is more difficult than I thought!
But I had fun and enjoyed my time with art.

I actually wanted to draw it more slowly, but there were so many other things I wanted to do inside the hotel, so I finished it in 45 minutes.
If you are staying for a long time and want to enjoy art at your leisure, you can spend as much time as you like drawing.
