The Landmark Bangkok

We stayed at the Landmark Bangkok, a long-established hotel in Bangkok.
This is the hotel where we had our London-style afternoon tea three years ago.
The location gives off the feeling of a long-established hotel, and looking at the huge car park space behind the hotel, we get the feeling that this hotel is extremely popular as a venue for weddings and conferences.
The Quad next to the hotel has five restaurants and one bar, making it a very convenient hotel for dining. The hotel is also conveniently located 200m from BTS Nana Station, just a stone’s throw away. It also has good access to shopping malls, making it very convenient for business use.
Premium Club Corner Room
The room we stayed in this time was with access to the club lounge. In addition to corner rooms, there are rooms with club lounge access, and this room type is recommended for those staying for a long time in the hotel or for business purposes.
As a corner room, it has many windows, is bright and open, and the bathroom with a bathtub is clearly separated from the room, making it easy to use, but the frosted glass in the bathroom can be turned on and off with the flip of a switch, making the room feel even more spacious.
Another great thing about this room is that it is 40 square meters in size. It can accommodate up to three adults and is spacious enough even with an extra bed. There is a sofa in the living area, making it a perfect, luxurious room.
The hotel gives the impression that you are freed from the hustle and bustle of the city as soon as you step inside. It has a nice old-fashioned feel and is a stately 5-star hotel! We think it is a representative hotel of long-established urban hotels in Bangkok.
Club Room Benefits
Rooms with Club Room Access include the following benefits:
– Accommodation on a high floor
– VIP check-in and check-out at the Club Lounge on the 31st floor
– Daily breakfast at the Club Lounge or Atrium
– Light snacks such as soft drinks and cookies at the All Day Lounge
・Cocktails and canapes from 17:30 to 19:30
・Boardroom use up to 2 hours per day
・Cleaning or pressing up to 2 items per day
・Late check-out until 16:00
・Free wifi, international newspaper service
If you’re staying at the hotel for a long time, the club room access option will ensure a very comfortable stay. The spacious lounge was always spacious and we were able to use the lounge comfortably.
Afternoon Tea @Rendezvous
You can enjoy Landmark’s popular afternoon tea in the lobby lounge on the lobby floor. As it is a hotel chain with its headquarters in the UK, we recommend the London-style afternoon tea. The cute double-decker bus makes for a spectacular afternoon tea.
We had this afternoon tea here three years ago and highly recommend it. We also recommend the setting of 1,050B+The sandwiches and pastries are well balanced.
They have easy-to-eat items such as eggs Benedict, tuna sandwiches, cheese truffle sandwiches, spinach tarts, Reuben sandwiches, and sweets such as macarons, blueberry cheesecake, pavlova, scones, and lollipop ice cream. How about enjoying a relaxing afternoon?+ for two people! It’s a very reasonable price.
Cocktail Time @ Club Lounge
Cocktail and canape time is held every day from 17:30 to 19:30. It is a perfect time to enjoy alcohol with all-you-can-drink alcohol for two hours. There is a wide variety of drinks available, including red wine, white wine, sparkling wine, cocktails, and beer, so you can choose a drink to go with your meal.
The food was also varied, with appetizers, snacks, cheese, salad, soup, pasta, meat main, rolls, and dessert, and we were able to enjoy each dish in order, like a course meal. As Landmark offers a three-meal buffet in its atrium restaurant, we were surprised at the high quality of the buffet in the lounge. If you stay in a club room, you can enjoy a full dinner during the evening cocktail hour.
The lounge staff were always considerate of the drinks, and it was a very comfortable time.
Breakfast @ Atrium Restaurant
We experienced breakfast at the Atrium Restaurant, a specialty of the recently renovated Landmark.
It was my first time at the Landmark breakfast buffet, and we can say that it is my favorite breakfast venue.
The seats are spacious, so it doesn’t feel crowded, and there is a wide variety of items, and the food is beautifully displayed, making it a beautiful breakfast to look at in the morning. It’s a breakfast venue that makes you want to come every day.
We were surprised by the wide variety of food, from the pastry line to international cuisine, Thai cuisine, and Asian food.
Perhaps this is possible because the atrium hosts buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? We were impressed by the high quality of buffet restaurants in Bangkok.
The size and variety of food is exactly what you’d expect from Bangkok, the center of Thailand.
This is a restaurant where you’ll never get bored even if you eat there every day.
Pool
The pool is on the 9th floor and is recommended for those who want to breathe in some natural air. At the height of the 9th floor, the hustle and bustle of the city is less noticeable, so it is also recommended for those who want to enjoy suntanning.
Half of the pool is deep, so it is also suitable for serious swimming. There is also a jacuzzi, which is recommended for those who want to relax. There is also a spa next to the pool.
Fitness First Platinum
This is a great value plan that allows hotel guests to use the membership-based fitness center for free. It’s a full-fledged gym, so it’s highly recommended for gym lovers.
It also has a sauna and steam room, and we were surprised at how large the changing rooms were.
Dinner @ Atrium
The Atrium dinner buffet can be called the highlight of the landmark. This is a recommended dinner that uses plenty of luxurious ingredients, from seafood such as river prawns, mangrove crabs, and oysters to wagyu beef. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such a luxurious dinner buffet!
It’s also nice that the main dish is made to order! Freshly prepared dishes are brought to your table, so you can enjoy freshly cooked rice.
How to order is to place a tag with your table number on the corner where you want to order. Each person is only given one premium seafood tag, and you can order one dish at a time. The staff will bring the dishes to you when they are ready, and the order tag will be returned to your seat, so you can order more.
There is a buffet line, and the variety of food is more than we have ever seen before. we were surprised. The dinner buffet, which is 3000B per person, is free for two people until the end of July, so it is a great deal. If you have some river prawns and mangrove crabs, the price is set so that it is enough to make up for the cost. There is also Wagyu beef, and the promotion is a little worrying as to whether the hotel will make a profit from this buffet. Don’t miss it until the end of July!
Breakfast & Club Lounge
Club room guests can have breakfast in the Club Lounge.
The selection is smaller than at the Atrium, but it has a lounge feel and is recommended for those who want to have breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Atrium is so large that you have to walk around to have breakfast, but the breakfast in the lounge is compact, so it is recommended for those who want to have breakfast smartly. You can enjoy your breakfast while enjoying the high-rise view from the 31st floor.
Greenhouse @ The Quad
The Quad, connected to the Landmark Hotel, is an eatery with four restaurants and one bar. Each restaurant has a booth, but you can sit in either seat!
Since you can order food from different restaurants, it is positioned as a high-end food court.
Although it is attached to a hotel, the prices are not high, making it easy to use.
We think the prices are more reasonable than restaurants in department stores, so we recommend this place when you can’t agree on what to eat.
This time we ate at the Chinese Greenhouse, but another good thing about it is that you can easily order authentic Chinese food. There are many high-end Chinese restaurants in hotels in Bangkok, but do you think they are intimidating and difficult to use?
The Greenhouse serves the same dim sum as the Sui Sian restaurant in the hotel, and is recommended for its casual dining on the ground floor. The shrimp Dumping and shrimp dim sum are plump and delicious. We enjoyed the noodle rolls wrapped in Chinese Dough, Chinese congee, roast duck, barbecued pork, crispy pork platter, pork claypot rice, and river prawn paste rice.
We tried all the dishes, and they were all really delicious. We got a lot to sample, but the portions are enough for two people to be full with 3-4 dishes.
Landmark Bangkok had a wide variety of restaurants. We’d definitely like to go back and eat some delicious food again!
