We spent two nights at The Westin Siray Bay on the island of Siray.

The Westin is a seaside resort in the eastern area of ​​Phuket.

It’s been 2 years since I stayed at The Westin, but the view was wonderful, and the hotel was completely rejuvenated, making it even nicer than it was two years ago.

When I stayed last time, it was a corona disaster, so I was downsizing the business, but in 2023, the whole building will be fully open.

Since all areas of the restaurant and pool are open, the areas that can be used have increased and I have become completely captivated by Westin.

Sala Pool Villa

I stayed at Sala pool villa this time.

This type of room has a view of the sea and a private pool, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy the pool and scenery in private.

The number of rooms is not so large, so if you want to stay in this type of room, you need to make a reservation in advance.

This type of room is highly recommended for honeymooners and commemorative trips because you can have the view in front of you all to yourself.

You can see the ocean from the pool, from the beach chairs, from the sofa, from the bed.

There are very few rooms with such a luxurious view even if you look for a hotel in Phuket.

Among the hotel tours, this room is definitely one of the 10 recommended rooms in Phuket.

This is my second stay, but the room is very comfortable, especially the bed.

The bathroom is also independent and has a large bath space.

Shower and bathtub are separated, very easy to use and comfortable.

When you open the curtain and soak in the bathtub, you will feel a sense of freedom.

Fully equipped with amenities for a comfortable stay.

You can enjoy the pool at any time from morning to evening, but I would like you to stay at Sala Pool Villa especially at sunset time.

The pool was closed two years ago, but this pool is also very nice with a mature atmosphere.

It was a space full of greenery and a good atmosphere, which I loved. There are many people who use it with children, but there is a pool bar right next to it, and it is a pool with a quite adult atmosphere.

For lunch and dinner, we recommend Prego, an Italian restaurant by the pool.

There is also a promotion where you can casually order pizza by the pool during lunchtime, and you can also order authentic Italian food in an air-conditioned room. It is a restaurant where you can enjoy changing the way you use it from time to time.

There is a full-fledged Italian chef, so the taste is certified.

From pizza and pasta to main dishes and desserts, you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.

Chef JUNE, who has been working at this restaurant for many years, runs the restaurant.

It is a pleasant restaurant where you can see the chef making Thai food lightly in the open kitchen.

In addition, there are many fishermen on the island of Siray, and we partner with local fishermen to provide fresh seafood. We measure and arrange your favorite Thai food.

Since this is my first time using it, I ordered mainly from the chef’s recommended menu.

There are only really delicious Thai dishes that are recommended.

It was a bliss to be able to enjoy my weekend breakfast in bed.

What’s more, you can enjoy it while looking at the sea, so this is the place to enjoy in-room dining.

Heavenly Spa

The Westin Shiray Bay has a spa. I also experienced the spa this time.

Having a spa in the hotel is very convenient. It was the rainy season, so I used it when it suddenly rained.

The spa can get very busy when it rains, so early booking is recommended.

The spa treatments are very extensive, and if you are unsure about which treatment to choose, you can ask for advice.

I had Heavenly Spa’s original Aspire massage. Aromatherapy massage is the base, but the content of the massage can be arranged according to the guest’s wishes, so I requested that the massage be done mainly around the shoulder area.

The therapist will give you a thorough consultation, so you can choose a convincing treatment.

There are special treatments such as Shirodara and Ayurveda, so it is also recommended for those who want to experience unusual treatments.

There is also a steam and jacuzzi in the treatment room.
