Kissuisen – Bangkok Marriott Hotel the Surawaongse
Last time we had the Teppanyaki grill at KAEN on the 3rd floor fire floor,
This time, we had the omakase on the “Seifu” style floor.

– Seifu is located on the 4th floor and is a floor dedicated to omakase where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients with a local twist. Chef Yuichi Mitsui creates exquisite courses using carefully selected wild vegetables and ingredients from the fish market.

The omakase course menu changes every three months.
However, if you visit again, the menu will change even within 3 months.
You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine made with Japanese-style care and heartfelt chefs.
Kaiseki cuisine is called omakase in Thailand, and each dish is served over a counter.

At Kissuisen, you can enjoy pure Japanese cuisine from appetizers to desserts.
You can enjoy the Japanese world the head chef, Mr. Mitsui created. Mr. Mitsui is an experienced chef in Japanese cuisine, including at Michelin-winning restaurants. He is a chef who conveys the joy of food by carefully examining and fusing ingredients from Japan and Thailand, emphasizing the sense of season.

Kissuisen is also divided into floors based on four elements: the ground for the izakaya, and the water for the rooftop bar.
Each floor has a different atmosphere and content, allowing you to enjoy the Japanese atmosphere unique to Kissuisen. We also recommend the wide variety of sake imported from Japan. There are very few authentic Japanese restaurants in Bangkok where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine to this extent, so you can enjoy Japanese cuisine in Bangkok without having to go back to Japan.
