MAD BEEF Omakase 10 course at Bandara Pool Villas

MAD BEEF, a Wagyu Omakase restaurant located inside Bangkok’s ATT19 Art Gallery, is coming to Bandara Villa in Phuket for a two-month limited time. Enjoy a Wagyu omakase course from February 13th. This intriguing omakase course is entirely focused on beef. Its fusion style combines European, Asian, Thai, and Japanese cuisine, allowing you to experience a world travel experience, savoring the flavors of various cultures with beef as the centerpiece.

Bandara Villas is a 5-star hotel on Ao Yon Beach. All rooms are villa-style and, as the hotel is perched along the cliffs, all rooms offer sea views.

The hotel also has a cable car, which you can use to travel from the lobby to the restaurant while enjoying the scenery.

Owner and chef Cher is a Thai chef with a love of Japan. After 10 years of training at a Japanese restaurant in Australia, she opened MAD BEEF in Bangkok. She has a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture, traveling to Japan at least once a year for inspiration. The shabu-shabu perfectly showcases the ponzu sauce and dashi broth, evoking a taste reminiscent of Japan.The chef was impressed by the aroma of the pork cutlet sandwich at a Japanese sukiyaki restaurant, and has created a sauce that is reminiscent of sukiyaki. The chef is particular about not only the taste but also the smell.

We enjoyed only three appetizers at the rooftop bar as the sun set, followed by the main course in the special restaurant. Although it is a special restaurant, you can still enjoy the omakase course while watching the chef prepare your meal at the chef’s counter.

As you can see from the menu, these 10 courses are made using all parts of the beef.

With Massaman curry made with shinshank, broiled tenderloin, and rice bowls made with chunks, you can enjoy the whole beef experience, including dessert.

The MAD BEEF omakase course will only be available in Phuket for two months. Don’t miss out on this premium beef course, which requires advance reservations!!
