Skyview Hotel Bangkok – Staycation
I had a staycation at Skyview Bangkok for the first time in two years.
Stay for 2 nights and fully enjoy Skyview Bangkok in the big city of Bangkok. It is a hotel where you can enjoy things unique to Bangkok.
Skyview Executive Room
We stayed in the Skyview Executive Room. It’s the same type of room as last time, but the direction of the bed is a little different, so it’s a new feeling.
The highlight of this room is the view. The bedroom and the bathroom have a wide view and you can fully enjoy the skyline of Bangkok.
You can enjoy the scenery while soaking in the bathtub, so it is also a romantic room.
What’s more, it has a kitchen, laundry, and living room, so it’s a perfect room for a staycation.
I don’t think there are many people who cook during short trips, but you can easily reheat the food, and I think it’s very convenient for long stays. It has a kitchen with a large refrigerator.
This room type is ideal for family stays.
It is perfect for using room dining, and you can eat at the dining table in your room.
Vanilla Sky Rooftop Bar
Vanilla Sky is a rooftop bar that represents Sky View. Actually, Sky View has two rooftop bars, Vanilla Sky and MOJJO.
Vanilla Sky is a rooftop bar on the 35th floor, higher than MOJJO. Good atmosphere with a DJ. However, children under the age of 13 cannot enter, so it will be an adult space.
The view from the rooftop is the best, you can enjoy the scenery of Bangkok.
We recommend the fresh menu brought in from the kitchen on the 32nd floor. You can enjoy not only drinks but also tapas dishes.
Breakfast@Prime
The breakfast buffet will be in the prime restaurant on the 7th floor. A very busy restaurant with international food.
You can enjoy a rich variety of breakfast from the morning, making it the perfect breakfast for a staycation. Indian food, international food, Thai food and world food are available.
For those who want to have a healthy breakfast in the way of choice, hot meal will fill you up.
Even if you stay multiple nights, you can enjoy breakfast every day as there are plenty of variations.
Pool
The pool is located on the 8th floor with a sky view of Bangkok. When it comes to enjoying a staycation, the poolside is an important point.
The sky view pool is always popular from morning to evening.
The scenery of the city view is wonderful, and I like the view of Bangkok from the pool. You can enjoy a staycation like Bangkok while relaxing by the pool.
Early in the morning, during the day, and in the evening, the color of the sky changes, and the poolside is refreshing even though you are in the big city.
There is also a poolside bar where you can order drinks and snacks.
I ordered pizza for lunch.
We also ordered colorful drinks and enjoyed the staycation.
Food can also be ordered at the poolside, making it the perfect place to stay at the hotel during the day. Cool off by the pool during the hot days! Burn the calories you ate during your staycation by swimming! It’s the perfect place to exercise and relax.
MOJJO
On the second night, we went to another rooftop bar, MOJJO. This is a rooftop bar that can be enjoyed by families and can also be used as a restaurant.
Enjoy Cuban-style cuisine and cocktails in our South American inspired bar.
We ordered paella, pasta and tapas menu, all really delicious. As a new chef, the menu improved more.

Advance reservations are recommended as MOJJO is a very popular and busy rooftop bar.
Breakfast in Room Dining
On the third day, we ordered breakfast in the room.
Since we have a sky view, we wanted to enjoy our breakfast while enjoying the view in our room, so we ordered from the in-room dining room.
As expected, it turned out to be a very nice staycation. If you stayed on a high-rise floor, I would like to have breakfast with a high-rise view.

Skyview Bangkok Staycation Summary
